"Aromatically, this Sauvignon Blanc is textbook Marlborough: grapefruit, gooseberry, herbal and modest bell pepper notes are most prevalent on the nose. It’s light-plus bodied but quite intense, with tart grapefruit, gooseberry and lime flavours, an underlying herbal note and a riper, playful green apple component that is lifted by the medium acidity. As New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs go it’s pretty textbook — not a bad thing. 4/5"

The palate delivers excellent concentration and vibrancy, brilliantly supported by fine texture and refreshing acidity. The wine is immediate and tasty, and offers huge appeal. At its best: now to 2019."
