Delicate aromas of citrus fruits, berries, wildflowers, with light refreshing scents of green apple.
Citrusy freshness well-balanced with a pleasant sapidity on the palate.
Great with the typical Italian summer kitchen, like caprese salad, Parma ham and melon, rice salads and carpaccio of beef. It is perfect also with paella and it fits very well with oriental cuisine as ideal companion for sushi.
This wine is produced along the chain of morainic hills in the province of Verona to the east of Lake Garda. 24 hours maceration with grape skins in stainless steel tanks; 4-5 months maturation in stainless steel tanks.

"This easygoing rosato has delicate aromas of red berry and wild flower. The light-bodied refreshing palate offers candied red cherry, Granny Smith apple and just a hint of baking spice. It's simple but well made."
