The Charmat method was used to produce this wine using 100% Pinot Noir grapes from our Leyda Valley vineyards.
Located west of the Cordillera de la Costa and only 14 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean, the cold influence of the Pacific breezes and, during the summer coastal fog that often stay up noon make climate Leyda Valley lengthen the growing season of the vine. Average summer temperatures rarely exceed 25 ° C, causing the slow ripening of the grapes and the development of fresh and intense flavors and aromas, plus a low potential alcohol.
